1. Do you create custom and personalized products?

Yes! Rocker Kid Co. specializes in creating custom apparel, personalized drinkware, gifts, and accessories for children and adults. We can help you create something special for birthdays, holidays, family vacations, school events, sports teams, businesses, memorials, and other occasions.

When submitting your request, please provide the product type, quantity, sizes, preferred colors, personalization details, required date, and any artwork or inspiration images. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to prepare an accurate quote.

2. How long will my order take?

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 3–10 business days. This is the time needed to prepare and produce your order; shipping time is additional.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, quantity, design complexity, material availability, and time of year. Larger orders and fully custom designs may require additional time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Rocker Kid Co. offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Eligible orders will automatically receive free shipping during checkout.

Orders under $100 will be charged based on the available shipping method and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery estimates do not include our production time.

4. Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our Rocker Kid Co. store located at:

New Lenox, IL

You will receive a notification when your order is complete and ready for pickup. Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received confirmation. Our usual hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but hours and operating days may vary.

5. How do I choose the correct size?

Size charts are provided whenever possible to help you select the best fit. Because we offer different brands, styles, and garment types, sizing and fit can vary from one product to another.

Please review the product’s size chart and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes or unsure which option to choose, contact us before ordering. We will be happy to provide additional product information, but the final size selection remains the customer’s responsibility.

6. How should I care for my custom products?

To protect your custom apparel, turn garments inside out and machine-wash them in cold water with similar colors. Use a mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not dry-clean or iron directly over the printed design.

We recommend hand-washing personalized drinkware with a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not soak the product or place it in a dishwasher or microwave unless the individual product description specifically states that it is safe to do so. Proper care will help preserve the colors and finish.

7. Can I return or exchange a custom product?

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and design information carefully before submitting your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details, contact us promptly at rockerkidcodesigns@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate solution.

8. Do you sell DTF transfers?

Yes! DTF transfers are available for customers who want to apply professional-quality designs to their own garments. Transfers can be purchased at our physical location in New Lenox, Illinois.
