Keep Your Custom Products Looking Their Best

Every Rocker Kid Co. product is made with care. Following the proper care instructions will help protect the garment, print, personalization, color, and overall finish.

Always review the manufacturer’s care label first, as materials and product types may require different treatment.

Printed T-Shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts

For the best results:

  • Wait at least 24–48 hours before the first wash.

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.

  • Machine-wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.

  • Wash with similar colors.

  • Use a mild detergent.

  • Do not use bleach or harsh stain removers.

  • Avoid fabric softener when possible.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.

  • Do not dry-clean unless the garment label permits it.

High heat may damage the design, cause cracking, or shorten the product’s lifespan. Hang drying is the safest option.

Jackets and Specialty Apparel

Follow the manufacturer’s care label attached to the garment. Close zippers, fasten buttons, and turn the item inside out before washing when appropriate.

Use cold water and a gentle cycle. Avoid high heat, bleach, and direct ironing over any printed or decorated area. Some specialty jackets may require spot cleaning or professional care.

Hats and Beanies

Spot-clean hats using cold water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid machine-washing and machine-drying structured hats, as this can affect their shape.

Do not scrub directly over printed, embroidered, or personalized areas. Allow the hat to air-dry naturally and do not wring, twist, or expose it to high heat.

Tumblers, Mugs and Drinkware

Unless the individual product description says otherwise:

  • Hand-wash with mild soap and a soft sponge.

  • Do not place in the dishwasher.

  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals.

  • Do not soak for an extended period.

  • Do not place in the microwave or freezer.

  • Avoid extreme temperature changes.

  • Allow the product to air-dry completely before storing.

Dropping or striking drinkware against a hard surface may damage the coating, decoration, lid, or seal.

Tote Bags and Fabric Accessories

Spot cleaning is recommended for most customized bags and accessories. If machine washing is permitted by the product label, use cold water and a gentle cycle.

Air-dry whenever possible. Do not bleach, dry-clean, or iron directly over the design.

Important Reminder

Normal wear and fading may occur over time. Damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, soaking, misuse, or failure to follow these care instructions is not considered a product defect.
