Refund policy

At Rocker Kid Co., every order is prepared with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review this policy before ordering, especially when purchasing a custom or personalized product.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details.

This includes products customized with:

  • Names, dates, photographs, or personal messages

  • Customer-submitted artwork or logos

  • Custom colors, sizes, or design placement

  • Specially requested products

  • Group, team, school, event, or business designs

Please carefully review all spelling, names, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork before approving your order. Rocker Kid Co. is not responsible for errors included in customer-submitted information or an approved design proof.

Non-Custom and Ready-to-Ship Products

Unused, non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original condition with any tags and packaging.

Contact us before sending a return. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged during shipping

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, correction, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Do not discard the product or packaging until we have completed our review.

Size and Color Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes and colors before ordering. Product sizing may vary between brands and styles, so please review the size chart on the product page.

Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged because of an incorrect size or color selected by the customer. Screen settings, materials, garment colors, and production methods may also cause slight differences between digital previews and finished products.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Worn, washed, used, or altered products

  • Products returned without their original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care

  • Digital design or artwork services that have already been completed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for approved non-custom returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Rocker Kid Co. or a confirmed product defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rocker Kid Co. is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Actual posting times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If we are unable to produce or ship an order and the order is canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If an eligible non-custom item needs to be replaced with a different size or style, contact us for assistance. Custom and personalized products are not eligible for size or preference-based exchanges.
