These Terms of Service govern your use of rockerkidcodesigns.com and purchases made from Rocker Kid Co. By accessing our website, submitting a custom-order request, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, services, or website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not introduce viruses, malicious code, or other technology that could harm the website or its users.

2. Products and Services

Rocker Kid Co. offers custom and non-custom apparel, drinkware, gifts, accessories, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and prices accurately. However:

• Colors may vary because of screen settings, materials, and production methods.

• Handmade and personalized products may have minor variations.

• Design size and placement may vary slightly between products and garment sizes.

• Product availability, materials, brands, colors, and styles may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders when reasonably necessary.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, and other customization details.

Please carefully review all submitted information and design proofs. Once a custom order is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Submitting a custom-order request does not place an order or reserve a production date. A custom order is confirmed only after the details, price, and payment requirements have been accepted.

4. Customer Artwork and Content

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, text, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

• The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

• The content is not unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

You authorize Rocker Kid Co. and its production providers to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, produce, and fulfill your order.

We may refuse any design or content at our discretion. Artwork cleanup, background removal, vector conversion, design creation, or extensive revisions may require an additional fee.

We will not use customer photographs or custom designs for public marketing without permission, except for content already made public by the customer and shared with Rocker Kid Co. for reposting.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when possible. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

We may correct pricing or product-information errors and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Product or material unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Incomplete customization details

• Artwork or content concerns

• Production limitations

• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

7. Production and Turnaround Time

Most custom orders require approximately 3–10 business days for production. This estimate does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time, artwork delays, customer-approval delays, or unexpected material shortages.

Larger orders, specialty products, complex designs, and seasonal demand may require additional time. A requested event date is not guaranteed unless Rocker Kid Co. confirms it in writing.

If an unexpected delay affects shipment, we will communicate available options as required.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, address errors, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility.

Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100, subject to the promotion’s stated terms.

9. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at:

Customers must wait for a pickup-ready notification before visiting. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, but hours and operating days may vary.

Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be subject to additional storage, shipping, or handling arrangements.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details. Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizes, colors, names, spelling, and artwork before approval.

11. Cancellations and Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed after payment, artwork preparation, material ordering, or production has begun.

Any approved refund may be reduced by the cost of completed design work, special-order materials, payment-processing charges when legally permitted, or work already performed.

12. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the Product Care Instructions and any manufacturer care labels.

Damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, bleach, harsh chemicals, soaking, misuse, ordinary wear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, marketing, and customer-service providers.

Our website may link to third-party websites, including Facebook and Rockin Transfers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including text, graphics, branding, photographs, layouts, and Rocker Kid Co. designs—belong to Rocker Kid Co. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our protected content without written permission.

15. Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a product review, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience and does not violate another person’s rights.

You permit us to display, reproduce, and share that feedback for business and marketing purposes. We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product or service.

16. Disclaimer

We work to keep the website and its information accurate and available. However, the website may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, or outdated information.

Except as expressly stated or required by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocker Kid Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, delayed events, third-party services, or misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of content that infringes another person’s rights.

19. Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available under the law where you live.
